Joe Musanti
President
Mr. Musanti joined Main Tape in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to President in 2006. Joe brings more than two decades of financial and operations experience to Main Tape.
Jim Gordon
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Mr. Gordon oversees sales and marketing at Main Tape, bringing with him broad experience in manufacturing and distribution industries. Jim has completed advanced studies in sales, marketing, and finance, and his past assignments include positions in the packaging industry.
Judson Waters
Director of Operations
Judson Waters brings to Main Tape twenty-three years of experience in the paper, label and film industry. Specializing in production, training, performance engineering, and organization development, Judson has a B.S. from Southern Illinois University.
Ron Pierson
Film Business Manager
Mr. Pierson joined Main Tape in 2008, and has assumed the management responsibilities for film sales and product development. Ron brings to Main Tape over seven years of experience from the film manufacturing industry, plus sixteen years in the plastics industry.
Gary Bender
Graphics Business Manager
Joining Main Tape in 2007 as manager of our sales and business development of our Graphics division, Gary has over ten years of sign industry experience. He continues to drive our PerfecTearTM brand recognition and market pull through activity.
Diane Ryker
Manager, Human Resources
Diane Ryker joined Main Tape in 2006. Diane has over fourteen years experience in Human Resources, coming from a Distribution and Marketing field. Diane has received her certification in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
