Few products create the transportation challenges of glass and mirrors. That's why Main Tape has developed a full line of films to help protect these delicate items during shipping, installation and - in some cases - throughout their lifetime:
- Mirrors
Main Tape helps safeguard mirrors for years with permanent mirror tapes. These are applied on the back of mirrors so that, even if they crack, they simply won't shatter.
- Windows
Main Tape films are designed to protect windows from damage caused by paint or mortar, and are available in varying thicknesses that last 30, 90, 180 or even 360 days. Best of all, no adhesive residue is left behind.
- GlassGuard™
This Main Tape film protects glass table tops, mirrors and windows while in production, handling or transit. It reduces rejects and conforms to even the most irregular surfaces. What's more, Glassguard can be applied and removed easily, leaving no residue behind.
- Auto glass protection
In the automotive aftermarket, glass manufacturers and installers are covering new glass windows with Main Tape films. This prevents scratching during shipping and installation.
